About Us
We have been treated badly by Wells Fargo, and decided to document our experience. Wells has had a lot of problems - problems with fake accounts, mortgage abuse (look up their 'Ghetto loans'), abuse of student loan borrowers, and more. Just do a search online - there are tons of stories of Wells abuse. Recently, the NY Times found that Wells culture has not changed, despite all of the court cases and news stories. It just seems like Wells Fargo does not care about people.
Our primary issue is this: Wells Fargo abused our family about 20 years ago, unlawfully freezing all assets of a family member; so she could not pay her bills, even her rent. So we had to take Wells Fargo to court; and we WON. But Wells did not pay our lawyer fee’s, or apologize or show remorse or caring, in any way. When I keep seeing Wells Fargo in the news, for one problem after another, it has opened up this old wound. Wells Fargo did not care about us in any way; everything is just about money.
No one at Wells Fargo has offered to make this right.
We have told our story to many at Wells Fargo, including members of their senior staff - even their CMO. No one cares.
More recently, Wells Fargo treated us badly again. So we decided to start a web page. We hope to steer people away from Wells Fargo.
If you have been treated badly by Wells Fargo, I urge you to do something about it. One place you can tell your story is ConsumerAffairs.com; there are thousands of complaints there against Wells Fargo. You can also send us a message.
